Although all of our partners worked within various sectors of the automotive industry, the formation of our company started with our experience as Safety Defect Investigators for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). We decided to take our knowledge base to the next level by bridging the gap between the federal government and private industry.
The automotive industry has been increasingly fined by the federal government in the last decade. This fiscal year alone, fines of $78.6 million have been issued. Through our services, we believe that not only could these fines be avoided by automotive companies, but they would allow companies to be more proactive in their processes and, ultimately, save more lives.
To do this, our firm would assist in submitting all required information pursuant to the Transportation Recall Enhancement, Accountability and Documentation (TREAD) Act.
In addition to the TREAD submission, we are well-versed in data and trend analysis. By comparing your company’s data with that of submissions to the government, we could anticipate potential defect issues before they become investigated. This “predictive” analysis would mitigate fines and potentially save even more money if caught early in the production cycle of a vehicle fleet.
