Mark Swanson
Mark is a veteran of the industry with 20 years of combined experience between the auto industry and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. He received his Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Central State University. At Kinetic Metrics, Mark focuses on business development and government contracting needs. He also served on the Leadership Team for the General Motors Monitorship Consent Order.
Emily Reichard
Emily began her transportation career working in both the offices of Vehicle Safety Compliance and Defects Investigation for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Maryland. Emily focuses on assisting clients with new methods to analyze and review their data. She also works with developing companies to educate and assist with understanding applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards and how to self-certify in the United States.
